A message has come on screen asking me to insert the viewing card. I thought there was an inside the box otherwise we don't have one

@Jak1525 your viewing card is on the right hand side of the box near the front only a few millimeters of it will be sticking out if you push it in it should then spring out take the card out and give the chip a wipe with a soft dry cloth then re-insert the card making sure you put it in the same way it came out then push the card in until you hear a click
