poor signal to doorbell

hi does anyone have a good signal from the doorbell mine is only showing 1-2 bars signal when the router is only 2 meteres away , yet the rest of the hpus eis full signal , is this a problem with the doorbell

Same problem for me. I spoke with the live chat and they advised a series of steps to take. Remove the chime and doorbell from the app, log out of the app, delete the app. The reinstall the app and then add the chime and door bell and now seeing full stregth signal.

I have the same issue, I tried deleting Doorbell, Chime and App got full bar for 30mins then fell again hence still having the same issue.

Are there any other things i can try?

I have the same problem. I deleted the devices and reinstalled and was delighted to see the Signal was perfect. Problem solved I thought... but no ... later on it was back to showing red ... low signal. I have missed people at my door because of the chime not working sometimes... my signal is sometimes ok but sometimes red. I'm getting fed up with it. Difficult to get any help from SKY. I think I need a replacement doorbell and chime. Any suggestions??

I have exactly the same probllem. Its so frustrating. I have tried everything and i think my product must be faulty. Its absolutely useless as it is.
