Hi how do you secure the ring doorbell?

You just push the doorbell into it's bracket, it should be secure and only come out if the release it pressed.

On the Sky Protect app, click on video doorbell, settings (cog top right), scroll down to Techincal information and choose Mounting and charging guides and follow the advice there.
