Sky Protect Video Doorbell - pink picture

My video doorbell has a pink hue in day mode.

I've tried rebooting, and the firmware is up to date.

I don't know if this applies to the doorbell, but typically with CCTV cameras that's due to a stuck IR cut filter.

There's an explanation here but I don't recommend any suggested 'fixes' using strong magnets: better to get Sky to swap it out.

I have had that happen a couple of times on some of my ip cameras over the years.

Try removing the power from camera and leave off power for a good hour I'd say.
When you power the camera back up, try it in a very light area with natural light or if that does not work, try repowering again and place a piece of dark card or black tape over the lens. It should reset itself.

If none of the above works,  if the camera has a reset option, maybe trying that and reset it to its factory setting.
