hi there, i recently purchased an iphone 16, i opened the apple box and quickly realised i changed my mind and didn't wish to keep the phone. i am planning on returning it but i am wondering what will happen to the phone afterwards? i havent turned it on, only opened the box. please help??

If you have made any payments towards the phone these should be returned within 2-3 weeks.
150 is the free number to use from another phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

hi thank you, but do you know what will happen to the phone after i send it back to sky? what will they do with it??

i want to know because i would feel bad if it got taken apart or not sold...something like that.

I should imagine Sky get unopened phones returned to them all the time so you don't need to fell bad about doing this.
