I have been though the steps, putting in activation code, Pac No. old phone no to keep and message comes up online and on My Sky app 'We're still activating your SIM... ' and cannot get any further, started this 4 days ago spoken to many experts on the chat spent hours during which people have gone for breaks, gone home etc passed from one person to another , start the whole story time after time, one of the the most frustrating experiences ever. I odered a replacement SIM yesterday and have had exactly the same experience with that so really at a loss now and will probably stick with old mobile provider as life is too short

Are you trying to activate and use a PAC code?  (If so, can you activate without using the PAC?)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If I activate without using a PAC, I will loose my No. so not doing that

No, you won't.

 

You activate the SIM (which gives it a temporary number) and then you apply the PAC.

I wouldn't apply the PAC until Monday as it doesn't process over weekends.

Ok thanks but atm, I cannot do anything, if I try to validate the either SIM again they are stuck on the status on my account with the message "We're still activating your SIM... This can take some time. We'll let you know when this is done."
