Trying to sign up for sky mobile

I have just signed up to Sky broadband services and have been given an installation date in May, when I got to the end of that process I was offered a SIM only deal for my mobile phone of £5 a month for 10 GB, I was trying to order this but it's asking for my Sky ID. I sign up for the app and was given a sky ID but this is not recognised. Please help
