Just paid of 2 devices

I've just finished paying for 2 phones and SIM cards and went to upgrade and was declined, even though I've fully paid for both devices and never ever missed a payment they still rejected me, other networks would use this into consideration and override the decision because you fully paided your contract.

Then why not get a device from someone else and use your Sky sim in it ?

Hi @Donna170  once devices are paid off you can no longer upgrade, you order a new device.
