i just made a purchase and the money was taken from my account but it was kinda laggy and i didn't get a confirmation email or anything it's like i didn't buy anything but the money was taken

i made a purchase and used my piggybank data to get a discount. a credit search was made, they took the money from my bank and my piggybank data but the website was laggy so i don't think the purchase went through as i also didn't get a confirmation email or anything

What was it you actually purchased as you mention piggybank so clearly it wasn't a Sky Store purchase.
