Trying to activate replacement sim - but the new process sends a code via text to my mobile number

Going round in circels trying to activate my replacement sim.

 

Sky wants to text a code to me as part of the process - but obviously I cannot receive that text as i am trying to activate the sim!!

 

Can anyone help!

Hi @Provatechavez82  i have seen other customers get the code via email, you could try asking sky if they do do this ?
