I have my bill paid up to date but it still tells me that account Is suspended when I try to upgrade my phone

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you were late in paying this bill you will also need to set up a monthly payment method like a direct debit or a credit or debit card. Once you have done this you will have to wait for the banks to clear the payment you made.

All that has been done for some reason my DD keeps getting sent back so have to wait a few days to get it sorted but it was literally 3 days late so all up to date and a credit of 80p but can't upgrade phone
