iPhone 7 showing no service, I checked all recommendations. Thanks

Sky recently updated my data package but now my iPhone 7 is showing no service. Internet in house is working fine.

Hi, Thank you for the quick responses. I finally managed to get through to someone at Sky, after numerous checks it looks like the SIM card is faulty so they are sending a new one.

Did they update your package on the same phone number or have you got another sim on the way ?
