iPhone 16 pro max delivery

I ordered the IPhone 16 pro max and an accessory on the 13th of October. The delivery wait time was next day no back order just awaiting dispatch. I called sky on the 17th October they said there was a delay with Apple and couldn't get stock so it wouldn't be a 7-10 wait. On the 31st of October I called and they said the delivery would be Monday the 3rd of November. I called later on Monday and they said it would be delivered or I'd get the tracking information either yesterday or today. I have not received any tracking and I was wondering whether anyone else has had this problem. If so how was it resolved or how can I go about it.

Hi @Hazel51  as Apple have discontinued the 16 pro max then sky may be having difficulty sourcing new stock. All you can do is wait and hope or cancel and look elsewhere or at a different model.

It might be bad news as Apple announced as they do each year that older pro models are discontinued so you might be lucky if Sky can get some stock from Apple for your order.

It was actually announced in the national press in mid September that the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max have been discontinued by Apple so there might be significant problems getting any stock (and that would apply to all suppliers).
