Hello, I have received the iPhone 17 pro. However it came in the wrong colour and I spoke to someone on the phone and they said they will call me back. But they have not. I would like to return the phone and end my agreement please.

Hi @ZenaTaher if you are still in the 31 day cooling off period then you need to call sky to do this. Can't be done here and no one from sky will contact you as a result of your post here. Outside 31 days and you can't just return it.
