Sorry for the late reply I got the confirmation email but it says delivery between 1-2 weeks how long does it usually take for them to deliver

If the email said 1-2 weeks when you ordered it then that will be your delivery timescale so at most it should be 2 weeks.

Hello so I have ordered an iPhone 14 in blue, a 100gb SIM and a clear magsafe phone case. However, I have received my delivery date for the phone case which is tomorrow but I have received my delivery date for my phone and SIM it just says currently on back order and says I should expect it within 1/2 weeks. I'm just wondering if anyone has been or is in this situation and how long did they have to wait to get there phone roughly and I just want to know if it is actually 1/2 weeks or if people have gotten theres sooner. Sorry if this is confusing

Back order means that there is no stock for your order so if they are say 1 - 2 weeks then that should be that far out.

Just an aside, are you sure it's a 100GB?  (I suspect it's a 100MB SIM - which is 'cheap' but virtually no data at all)

As customers here we can't say for sure as it will be guess work but by the sounds of it it can't be that far away before it is on it's way to DPD who will then contact you with a one hour delivery slot.

Thankyou for replying I've just checked again and it says it's being delivered tomorrow but I haven't received any email from DPD or anything about it an it still says awaiting dispatch I'm a little confused
