Hi I'm trying to buy a new mobile phone but everytime I press to see phones it puts up

Your services are currently being restricted its been doing this for about 3 months all accounts are up to date plz help

Hi @wimbledon02 all you can do is call sky on 150 so they can help with your order and investigate your account.
