iPad application
Hello, I applied for a iPad last night and was accepted but never entered my direct debit details. I've just gone to do it again to complete my order but now it's saying I am not eligible. Please could you see if I am eligible or not as I can't understand why last night I was accepted but tonight I wasn't? Is it because I've already gone through the credit check with you? Is there anyway I can order it? Thanks

As we are customers here who help each other we can't check anything for you. If you were accepted yesterday then it should have ask you to provide the payment details. As you didn't then placing the order again so soon could well be the reason for the failure this time around.

Sky by either calling them although they can't tell you anything other then the reason of the cancellation is due to a failed credit check as they are not allowed to access your credit record as only you can do this via credit checking sites like Experian.
