Changing direct debit details

I am trying to change direct debit details but it doesn't seem to be letting me ?

If you are new to Sky mobile then you can not change the payment details until you have paid the first two bills after which you can do this once the bill has been paid. If this doesn't apply and you have been with Sky for a while then call them on 150 for help.
