I have a problem connecting my iphone to sky network. I have had intermittent 5G coverage for the past few months. I then travelled abroad to Italy and had no network coverage at all. I did not receive the Welcome to Italy text. Since I have returned to Uk I still have no network coverage, just the stelitte symbol. Sky have sent a replacement sim but still the same issue.

I have refreshed my phone, turned it off and on. Still nothing.

Hi @steve+Mitch go to settings, mobile service, sim applications and change the setting there.

Make sure this is set to automatic or home:

Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to automatic/home.
