how long does it usually take to receive the phone i’ve ordered

just ordered a phone was wondering how long it'll take to arrive

After the two credit checks are complete the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

As customers we have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels or delivery timescales but when your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

If you’ve ordered an iPhone 15 expect extra delays.

ok no problem. everything went through and got email to say mobile order confirmation and i got to wait for a email from dpd for delivery.

When it shows as being dispatched this means it is on it's way to DPD.

it says i dont have any active orders even though i have had confirmation that its gone through and it will be delivered to my address soon just wait for email from dpd. there is a section where i can click on mobile hub and it just says order waiting on dispatch.  i know its only been  a day im just worried incase my other phone gives up on me in the mean time and i cant get the pact number to keep my same phone number from my current phone.

If it helps you could get you pac code now if you want as that pac code remains active for 30 days.

aww i didnt know that i thought you had to wait till you get your new phone. im used to going into shop and them doing everything, first time ive ordered online so abit nervous lol  currently with 02, been with them for well over 10 years but their deals was so expensive still so decided to move to sky as they was the cheapest around.
