Early disconnection fee

I want to cancel my mobile contract and request a pac code but it shows an early disconnection fee even though I'm out of contract

SIM contracts are 12 months - if this is the case then an early termination charge doesn't apply.

 

Call Sky on 150 to query it.

If you have been paying for the sim for 12 months or more then there should not be any termination fee so you might want to call Sky on 150 and ask them about this.
