esim not letting me use data

conveted my sim card to e sim i have iphone 15 plus i can get textes on it and make calls but cant use any apps like snapchat or facebook or ant data on goolge why is this actived esim fine, even took my sim card out and then nohting no texts or call or dats why is that help?

Hi @KIERANGRAHAM11  if taking the physical sim out stops everything working then that would suggest the sim hasn't converted to esim, as removing the sim shouldn't stop the phone working. Call sky on 150 so they can look into this for you.
