Claim free tablet

I purchased a new phone I may and have been Trying to ask sky how to claim on email am virtual chat and had no response so I called today to be sent a link when I click on it states expired how is that fair when no-one got back to me to send me the link to get it?!!

If you placed the order online then the webpage would have explained what (if anything) you need to do have so have you checked it ?

Most of these offers are run directly by the manufacturer and not sky.

 

If you've missed the application date then you may not be able to claim it.
