Can somebody please help.
I have just got the iPhone 16 pro max. I was using iPhone 13 Pro Max. However I have an eSIM and the 13 doesn't support transferring eSIM, I have tried ordering a new eSIM and I can't seem to get a activation code.
i have been trying for 3 days. I have phoned sky and got fobbed off by the 8 different I spoke to.

Thank you, I have spoken to loads of people from Sky now and it's beyond a joke. I can't leave because I can't afford to pay all the bill in one go. I am trapped and unable to use my new phone.

I am having the same problem, just got off the phone from Sky for the 10th time and got passed from pillar to post. They can't help, technical team don't have a clue how to solve it. This has been going on for 3 weeks now!

I've just been told it's going to be fixed in 2-3 weeks. Luckily I have found a spare SIM card. It's just annoying.
hope it gets fixed soon though

After speaking to Sky today, I have no confidence in them in getting it sorted as I have since found out that they have been having the problem for a year now. I have also found out that other providers have been having the same problem for the last 5 years! My phones are eSim only.
