My old phone number has not transferred over to new number

Hi @Nik681  can you confirm you are porting your old number from a different network to sky using a PAC ?

If you are moving the number from a different network then when did you give Sky your pac code ?

Using the Sky sim in your phone call Sky tomorrow on 150 to find out what the issue is.
