eSIM in Barbados

Has anyone used an eSIM alongside your physical sim in Barbados. If so do sky mobile make additional charges, or is this free using wi fi calling over the internet using the Bajan eSIM

If you use either a physical or esim from Sky then the following charges will apply:

£2,160 per GB (yes this is correct)

£2.16 per minute Calls to local or UK mobile and landline numbers

£1.80 per minute to receive calls

£0.50 per text message to UK numbers and mobiles

£0.58 per picture message(MMS)

Use of a SIM from a provider other than Sky doesn't attract billing by Sky.  You wouldn't have a Sky phone number on those calls though, and would be charged whatever rate Bajan chooses.
