hello, if anyone can help me i'd be so grateful. So i took a ipad 10th gen and iphone 15 out for a ex friend and now we're no longer friends she's saying she's not paying for it! is it possible to cancel the contract?

Not unless you're still in the cooling off period of 31 days, and subsequently return the devices.

@Kamile2002 Unfortunately you are legally responsible for the remaining balances as the devices where taken out in your name, it doesn't matter that you gave them to a friend who was paying and is now refusing to do so.

Sky won't allow you to cancel.
