Hi,
I requested a PAC code online on the 3rd December to leave Sky. (expires 2 January)
Because of the imminent New Year's weekend and Bank Holiday my new provider says the code is expired because the earliest working date to Port is 4th January.
How can I get a new PAC code reissued, as online it says I've already got an active code?
Or do I have to wait for it to expire and the reapply?
Is there any way this can be escalated to a Sky agent so that I can get it done before the weekend ?

The messaging team can't help you with this m afraid so you are best of doing this next week once the holidays are out of the way.
