a waiting phone

how long will it take to get my i phone 15 pro its been ages now. it has been over two week now  has any one else still waiting

The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.

thank you i know this i was just wondering how to find out how long the phone is going to be on back order

On back order means there's no stock to allocate to your order. As the devices will be arriving at warehouses daily and leaving just as quick I doubt an agent will know with any certainty but you can call Sky and ask.
