How can I delete devices that are no longer in my possession from my account?

Hi everybody,

I hav etwo devices listed in my account that are no longer in my possession. The first was damged beyond repair, so thrown away, disposed of. The second was sent for repair that failed. As a result they kept the device and refunded my money.

Is there anyway I can get these deleted from my account. The contracts for both of these devices have been paid for in full.

They drop off your account if returned to Sky. Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.

@Daniel0210  Thank you for your response. I also thought that they would simply drop off the lis in my account. However, they've been there for months since I paid them off. It's not really an issue, but I have advised Sky they are no longer in my possession. So, one would expect them to take them off the list. Let us see what happens when I decide to add/ swap for an upgrade.
