Both myself and my granddaughter had loads of data last night got up this morning and all our data is gone and piggy bank isn't letting me roll any over

My sky piggy bank won't roll any unused data to my sim and I have no data left help!

I have repeatedly tried to load data from my Sky Pugh bank to my mobile and keep getting an error message. It's driving me insane as I have no data left

Is there an issue with the mobile app, as our whole family are showing as having No Data available, although we should have ?
