Cancellation my order and request for refund

I am writing this paragraph for explaining my worries about   debet  my whole money from bank after order iPhone 16pro max. No doubt

I want to purchase but in installments. But sky direct debit full money. Its very bad. Due to bad Financial status I can't afford to give whole money on same time .so please I request you cancel my order or Refund money as soon as possible.

It's not clear exactly what's happened.  Have you had delivery of phone yet?

Not yet ,I just order Now and when I fill bank details they cut whole money but before checkout they show £38 something for a month installment . I am shocked and upset. In meantime I try to message everywhere  request for Cancel my order and Refund

Your posts are not very clear so are you saying that while the phone is £38 a month you have been asked to pay the total amount for it ?

Hi @Scooter1120  the only way to cancel an order is by calling sky. Call on 150 from a sky sim.
