No mobile phone signal

Had no mobile phone signal since Saturday. Signal checker states problem being dealt with. But still not working?

Hi @Quiggers  if the service checker states there is an issue then all you can do is wait for it to be fixed. Once it's fixed if you call sky on 150 they should offer some credit for the loss of service.

No signal in my phone for almost 2 weeks now. I can't answer calls
