Your ap isn’t accepting payment

I have tried to pay my bill numerous times but your app isn't working nor accepting payment.

Hi @Zerah  if you have a continuous payment method set up you shouldn't need to make a manual payment. If you don't have a payment set up and it won't let you pay online then call sky on 150 so they can take payment and look into why you can't.

Due to a massive Sky TV outage overnight (and still affecting customers this morning) the phone lines will be extremely busy when they open.
