Phone Data working in Wif Range, Network not

It appears I have services for Data but not the Network. I am assuming the EE network that is being displayed in the Settings, is  the previous supplier  EE. Can someone recomment a route forward as I have no cell capabability presently.

Indeed I have been guided to replace the SIM bySky help desk. On finding that out I have removed, cleaned and reincerted and it works. The thing is, they are switching it off because they have saent another, which I am still waiting for a week later. So phone still crook and no replacement (Thanks for your feedback)

Hi @silyrics  they won't deactivate the sim unless you activate a new one so if it's working now then don't activate any new one that arrives.

The sim you have at the moment should continue to work up to the point that you activate the replacement.

Ok thanks, It is working temerarily as was the case for some time and then seems to drop the Sky connection after a period of time post reset network. I am more concerned about how long it is taking and what number to call to follow up?
