WiFi calling

we have two iphone se 2nd gen both on sky mobile both with same settings one shows sky the other sky wificalling why is this? Both are on iOS 17.3.1

To clarify, were the devices purchased from Sky?

No they were purchased from different sources, one from Apple and one used. It's the one from Apple that does not show WiFi calling. They both have sky sims .

Could the used one have been from Sky previously as Sky does say that devices not from them Wifi calling might not work:

I have no idea where the used one came from originally but it may have come from Sky. Thanks for your help.
