3G not working on Moto G14

Recently replaced my handset with a Motorola g14. Moved the sim over and texts/calls worked fine but no 3G. Have done the 'send network settings' action through the sky app several times and not worked. Spoke to sky team on the phone and got a replacement sim and still problem persists.
