Why am I not allowed to make calls.?

We live Warrington, Cheshire. Wife's phone is getting the same message and error whilst my EE phone and work Vodafone are both fine. There must be a central issue at Sky. 
Please fix and expect to compensate for the disruption.

Had no access to calls all day. Says I can't make calls and line goes dead. Anyone else experiencing this. Phoned sky but felt like I was getting fobbed off

Sky don't care. Useless all day. Thank god I don't need to make any emergency calls!

My iPhone which is in sky network is not allowing me to make out going calls today but I can receive them is this a network issue

No matter what number I dial, I get an automated message saying "You're not allowed to call this number, please check your settings online." The phone line then goes dead.

You're not allowed to make this cool. Please check your settings online.  They said they're going to fix this by tomorrow this is very strange. It's happening everywhere but only certain phones. I don't think they know what's going on themselves.

When I try to make a call or send an sms, a message pops up saying 'the network is not registered.' My WiFi at home keeps dropping in and out, which is also causing problems with allowing me access to apps I am currently using and working on, further preventing my work. I have had no luck in being able to contact Sky in order to resolve this, and the vitual assistance did not offer any relevant assistance. This has continued for over 24 hours and is unacceptable for an organisation of your magnitude. I am a paying customer who currently has no way to make calls or sending text messages.

Today, I have also had the same problem...just says "you are not allowed to call this number" why? I can still make calls on WhatsApp & Face time though...have been through apple support who have ran a diagnostic on my phone & there is no problem...they thinks it's Sky

Phone says sorry you are not allowed to call this number please check your settings online. My son also has sky mobile on my bill but his is fine. Have turned phone on and off but not helped and can't phone anyone??

I have the same problem started 15 th May. Have the same message every time I try to make a call, you are not allowed to call this number. Feel as if I'm paying for a service I'm not getting!

come on sky this is unacceptable, I use my phone for work and this has been a nightmare today. I have no other phone and have been completely cut off and no direct contact from sky. Internet has also been dipping in and out for the past couple of days. I was with vodafone for twenty years and never had this only recently moved over to you phone and husband took the broadband and now regretting decision
