Same problem, started at 9am this morning, still can't make calls to any number!
it's all very well repeating that sky are working on it, they have allegedly been working on it since 11 o'clock this morning! But they do not appear to be making any progress or giving any updates.
totally unacceptable!

Ive had this for a full day now, i work away from home and have had no contact with my partner or work due to this. Could you update me please?

I posted here earlier today & wanted to let everyone know that I've just spoken to someone at 150. I was asked to reset my network settings and clean the gold bit of my SIM card. Nothing worked, calls still 'not allowed' so they have escalated my case to the network team. Had to provide them with three phone numbers and times of attempted calls...They're going to check the line, check my account?😂 which could take up to 5 working days. There's compensation for every day that the phones are unusable.
He did confirm that it is a network issue that they are aware of, so not sure what good me cleaning my SIM card did..but hey-ho! Worth a try. Hopefully it will be sorted soon as this is ridiculous

The same problem for me - I have an elderly relative who depends on me to call her, so please resolve asap

Calling any and every number other than 150 (which is now closed) and it states "Sorry you're not allowed to call this number)
has done this all day and can't get it to work again.

No matter what number I dial, I get an automated message saying "You're not allowed to call this number, please check your settings online." The phone line then goes dead.
Service in my area is apparently fine so what is going on? Am I the only one experiencing this issue?

I can’t call my mum’s house phone using MySky mobile. But I can if I use my EE work mobile.
I’ve reset the phone, I’ve tried a different phone, swapped SIM cards and now I tried an eSIM and still having the same issue

I have tried calling sky and they have just fobbed me off saying there maybe there is a problem in the area. I have been unable to use my phone all day and no where near getting any answers! I'm tied into a contract so have no hope of leaving sky!
