Sky have been utterly useless and reckon it could take up to 72 hours for them to resolve.

Can you give us all an update as to when this will be resolved and why your staff put phone down?

unable to make or recieve calls, eventhough 4G is working, called in to advise effecting 3phones

unable to make or recieve calls, eventhough 4G is working, called in to advise effecting 3phones, troubshooted all 3 over the phone and havent had any mobile use since last saturday

This is an ongoing issue and is being investigated by Sky as you are not the only one with this issue as you should be able to see as I have moved you post to this topic that is discussing it.

Same thing happened to me this morning and still not working now and they haven't really given me a good explanation. They gave me one gigabyte for compensation and it's still not working.

Can’t make calls

I cannot make any calls. It's keep saying you are not allowed to dial this number please check you settings online. 
this has been happening all day with the signal only coming back properly around an hour ago. How long is it going to take to rectify the issues?

It doesn't sound like a Sky+ TV problem! Is this Sky Talk (landline) or Sky Mobile?

Also having same issue on both phones on my plan. Not allowed to make calls go to your settings is the message we get when trying to make any calls.
