Why Data Roaming is not active auromatically outside UK. My wife is in India her data is not working what is use of this **bleep**. Whatever the charges you need to deduct add it but in recent times we need to call you first and open for data .

Hi @rajanmongra as India is a rest of the world roaming region then it's very expensive, thousands of pounds per gig of data. Check that you haven't reached either of the two spend caps in your account.
