Cannot access my account or any settings (sim or roaming) on the Sky App or website and I've tried different computers. I'm at a total loss. I keep getting this error message:

Sorry, we are experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I'm trying to activate my sim, but keep getting a 'whoops there's been an error..' I've had my phone 3 days and still can't use it....

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
