My husband and I have just joined sky mobile. We have received 2 SIMS in the same envelope. How do I know which SIM is mine and which is my husband's? We're both on different tarrifs
Thank you for that. Can I ask something else that you might know. I'm trying to activate it but there's no bank account or card attached to the SIM for payment and I need to put the account details in to activate the SIM. Do I need to ring customer service or is there are way to activate my SIM first?
It should be asking for the payment details you used when ordering the sims.

Someone did it for me when I cancelled the TV. We've kept the Broadband so I would assume its the same DD but it's not. I will ring Customer Service but thank you for your help
