When will I receive my iPad

I ordered an iPad on 10 March 2026, when will I receive it

It says it's complete but not showing delivery date !

As customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

(Next day delivery can’t really be guaranteed although the website might suggest that quick a turnover is possible).

That could mean that it is on its way to DPD so once they have got it they should contact you with a one hour delivery slot.

I've been asked to activate eSIM but I don't have the iPad yet

You have 30 days to activate the esim so if your iPad doesn't come n this time it will be cancelled so all you would need to do it to order another one from here:
