Looking for some support/suggestions. For some time my mobile phone will not connect with Sky. It doesn't ring with incoming calls, when trying to make outgoing calls, there is no sound of ringing, then the call drops & I get a message that there is no mobile network available. Occasionally I get a connection but then it drops. This happens in the house, even when standing beside the router. Any suggestions?

Hi @Gillian+Hannah you could call sky on 150 and ask for a replacement sim to see if that helps.
