@Cath_Mc  Your images can't displayed as they contain personally identifying details (one sure what to give scammers your info).

I would call Sky regardingt the phone order if it's been ordered under your name & address as you'll need to get the order cancelled and the phone returned to the correct returns address.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

See some advice here too: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/account-takeover

What ever you do, do not give the parcels to anyone who calls to collect them.  (Unless you are certain it's going back to Sky)

It's a known scam where your account has been compromised, expensive devices ordered and then they are trying to get you to 'return' the devices to them.  (So they have the devices and you're paying for them)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
