Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you placed the order yesterday then I would leave it for a further 24 hours then see if your account has updated. The reason being credit checks that are undertaken don't usually take place at the weekend so they might be being undertaken at present hence the delay.

I phoned, they said there had been an error so I wouldn't recieve the order or anything 🤷
