Voicemail notification not clearing

My sky voicemails, saying I haven't got any, seemed to have stopped coming through now, haven't had any since last week. Not sure what I did to make them stop!

And another week goes by and nothing has been resolved and even the discussion has stopped and no further contact from that "sky employee" either no wonder the world is in the mess it is in far too many just give up and accept this *hit time and again. Hence that most annoying of expressions thats used these days "it is what it is" when will people grow a spine and stop being walked all over like this.

Yeah mine has been the same on both my phone and watch. Altho now im having a problem with the 5g

Mine seems to have stopped all of a sudden and not sure why. Haven't had any of the voicemails for over a week now!

Mine is fine now too it seems the person who took the problem on board has got it sorted. If so many thanks.

No they haven't totally fixed it as I and others still have the problem and to thank someone who cannot reply to messages and  keep customers updated to the situation is the wrong thing to do as that's how these companies get away with it time and again its **bleep** service (actually a lack of) and it needs to be kept being called out.

I might still have a few notifications turned off im not sure as I turned that much off and havent turned them all back on yet. So I dont know if that could be why I havent been getting them.

Not fixed, I'm getting messages every time I change from wifi to 4G or visa versa. Was thinking was my phone so looked at upgrading but will not now as not my phone issue 😡

I am having this exact same problem, for the last few weeks. Started off at 1 or 2 notifications, now it can be 5 or 6 times a day!

Did anyone solve this, please?

Go to the Troubleshooting Steps, and do what??

Seems to be instructions to set up Voicemail, or get a pin?

How is that going to help with this issue?

That answer did not fix my Samsung s24. I'm still getting repeated notifications of voicemails that were deleted weeks ago. I'm getting dowzens of notifications on a daily basis and it is incredibly annoying and distracting. I've also tried every known fix I can find on google, to no avail.

Im having the same problem, keep getting voicemail notifications even though voicemail is turned off & there are no messages. Been going on for weeks now, ive followed troubleshooting and nothing works. When I contact Sky they refer me to troubleshooting even though ive already done it. Seriously starting to annoy me 🤬

2 weeks ago that I had a rant on here and someone who claimed to be "a sky employee " replied with the bog standard thank you for bringing it to our attention we have raised this blah blah" in the world we now live in that is just to pacify us but does not mean anything will actually be done and certainly doesn't mean that any urgency to solve it will be implemented . 

This is why despite 2 further messages to that particular "sky employee" asking for an update they have just been ignored.  

If they really cared they would reply at the very least to defend themselves but total silence. 

Dont hold your breath for a resolution is my advice.
