Upgrade

My next payment is on the 25th of November, that would be 24 months I've had this phone. 

I have only got the phone with Sky but I want to upgrade. 

I believe the contract runs out next year. 

will i be able to swap after this months payment?

You can swap at any time from 30 days to the end of the contract.

 

If you have a Swap24 then the expected time to upgrade is at 2 years where hopefully the trade-in value of the phone covers the outstanding credit.

What shows via your account ?

 

If you have had the phone you could be on swap24 which is a 36 month contract.

I believe it is a 36 Month contract. 

Nothing on my account states about the swap. 

my contract ends towards December next year and I've already had the phone for 2 years

It is a 36 month Contract. 

after 24th I can look to Upgrade. 

not a problem now, will wait for my next payment to go out and will look to upgrade then.

Hi @PaigeMeek  you can look to upgrade now if you want to. Start the swap and sky will give an estimate of value for your old phone and tell you what you owe, if the value covers what you owe then you can swap now at no extra cost.
