Upgrade phone but switch sim and number
Hi,
I am looking to upgrade my phone. I have two lines on my account currently - my phone is attached to my sim, however, I want to get the new iPhone for my wife with an upgrade but attach her sim (the other line) to the new phone and convert my current physical sim to an eSIM for her old phone (which I'm taking). Also, to make it extra complicated I want to change the number on both lines! Is this something I can do? When going to upgrade the phone there's nothing about changing the sim plan/number or anything.
Any help would be appreciated
Many thanks

Re: Upgrade phone but switch sim and number
Hi @Dantoken if you have had both sims more than 12 months then just order two new sims at Sky.com, they will have new numbers. Once you activate them you can then call sky to cancel the old ones. If you have had the old ones less than 12 months there would be early termination charges. The new sims can be used in any phones you want.

Re: Upgrade phone but switch sim and number
I would suggest calling Sky on 150 about this and make it clear what you want to do against what account. To get new numbers you would need to cancel the other sims and you can only do this if you have been paying them for 12 months or more and by calling Sky.
